- This is a gem of book in an excellent series. The information is arranged in a way that makes this a useful reference tool to learn about both the benefits of each superfood and which superfoods can help with which symptoms. I used this book to create a an excercise in eating well for each persons custom needs. In conjunction with the 3 other volumes that have already been published (Eat Yourself Thin, Eat Yourself to Energy, and Eat Yourself Calm) there are 2 new volumes coming out early this year (2016). They are eat Yourself Smart and Eat Yourself Young. While the titles are a bit simplistic, they also help you know which book(s) are right for you and which ones you don't need. So I appreciate that. I want the entire set. There is some overlap in the symptoms and superfoods in the books, but that is to be expected. In the first 4 books there are 45+ distinct symptoms and more than 50 distinct superfoods listed.
- Excellent book! Fantastic recipes!!! I love the information about different foods and what they do for your body. I've purchased more copies to share with my family and friends. Love Eat Yourself Thin, Happy, and Energetic as well!!!
- I'm pretty disappointed by this book. While it does contain a lot of interesting information about what foods are good for calmness or whatever there were hardly any recipes & weird ingredients that I myself would have to go to like 3 markets to attain. I really wouldn't suggest this as a cookbook, more as just information on what foods are good for calmness.
